Exceptional good impression with a intense black plate tone in excellent condition.
With full plate border and margins on watermarked laid paper.
The edges of the plate are square and not rounded. This is often an indication of a very early impression.
A powerful impression from the period.
Acanthus leaf, sprouting from the bottom right corner and ending in a bunch of fruits at the top right and a bunch of fruit covered by a leaf, from which a smaller leaf emerges at the bottom left.
