Rare set of 4 German pipe bowl Germans of the mid nineteenth century
End of the stem of the bowl reglued (not too serious) on a bowl, slight crack in the neck of a pipe, otherwise good condition of this beautiful collector set. Painted porcelain, a bowl has a date and a name "Abraham Li... and probably an abbreviated military grade 'Lt' (Lieutenant)... 1844" . From 12 cm to 16 cm in length. Shipping via colissimo 3 bowls have a brass lid, they are all painted by hand and colour. 1 bowl with patterns in relief (decorations of plant and acorns) with a scene depicting a soldier with pickelhaube, clutching the hand of a notable topped by the emperor on one side, on the other side a craftsman at work with a text in Gothic characters - 1 bowl painted in bleu de Sèvres representing an intimate scene - 1 bowl with a country scene captioned in Gothic characters - 1 bowl with a decor in bleu de Sèvres representing coat of arms and an imperial crown.
