Professional Tamagnini flywheel slicer
In 1880, the Tamagnini company designed this flywheel slicer with a mechanical hand movement. Thus, the extraordinary evolution of the cut of meats is meant not only without the use of electricity but also with the great intelligence of conceiving a cut without burning or overheating the meat or ham, thus without affecting the taste, especially when it comes to slicing the highest quality products such as the Culatello Prosciutto di Parma or any other kind of slicing meat. The 37 cm blade can cut even thicker pieces and hams, on the contrary of smaller diameter blades. But, most of all, steels and materials of this vintage slicer are more appropriate and high quality compared to the modern anti-rust and weathered steels. Dimensions and other details can be seen in the pictures. Six sizes of a professional 37 cm blade. Cast iron pedestal with height 80 cm, total height from the ground 1.45 m, length 90 cm, width 77 cm. Removable cutter mechanism in near new condition used once. Have a good auction!
