The dogs are the famous logo of the famous record company.
His Master's Voice is known for these dogs called Nipper,
that keeps its ears near the horn of an old-fashioned gramophone.
Legend has it that he was listening to the voice of his master at the time, hence 'His Master's Voice'.
The logo was designed in the late 19th century by the British artist Francis Barraud.
It was purchased in 1899 by the Gramophone Company in the U.K.
The predecessor of the current EMI, but the logo was used only ten years later on record labels of the record company
The logo of the dogs and the gramophone proved so popular that the records of The Grammophone Company were soon
released under the name His Voice, although the official name of the company remained Grammohone Company
Both items are in good condition and undamaged.
