Hub Peters (1945-) - Koeien in Hollands landschap

Hub Peters (1945-). Cows in a Dutch landscape. Oil on board. Size unframed: 33x70 cm. Including frame: 41x78 cm. The painting is in a perfect condition. The frame has some signs of wear. The passionate painter Hub Peters attended the Art Academy in Maastricht. He did this for only a short time; He continued his education at the school of Industrial Design in Eindhoven. He worked in advertising and public relations for more than 15 years. Finally, he chose for free expression: he decided to make painting his profession. His success proved that he had taken the right decision. When he returned to his studio after his journey, Hub Peters worked on his modernly tinted landscapes, as well as many other subjects, which resulted in beautifully painted art forms. The countless study trips have given the artist constant impulses of creativity. Impressions from the many countries of the world, but mainly from southern Europe and the United States, have given the artist subjects for his work. Hub Peters’ paintings have also been admired outside of the Netherlands for a long time. Galleries in Western and Southern Europe have included his work successfully in their collections (source: hubpeters.nl).
