Gruen men´s watch Swiss made. Men´s watch, Art Deco Curvex model C. 1940, exact year unknown. Hand-wound, mechanical movement 15 jewels 4 adjustments (!) Beautiful, champagne-coloured dial with finely made black hands. Gold-coloured Arabic numerals Case size: 19 x 38 mm, without the crown. Width between the lugs: 18 mm. Length measured from lug to lug is 38 mm. Thickness: 8 mm. Watch has a new brown leather strap, width at the lugs is 18 mm. Length, including timepiece, is approx. 21 cm. Considering its age, the watch hardly shows any signs of wear, optically in very good condition. Watch can be wound perpetually, I don't know if this how it should be, and it keeps good time. Still a wonderful watch after nearly 80 years! The watch is a must-have for a collector of vintage watches or for the true Gruen fan.
