Antonio Radice is a contemporary Lombard painter, born in Meda in 1948, graduated from the Liceo Artistico and the Academy of Fine Arts in Brera. In his early years he took part in numerous groups and painting contests, obtaining prizes and awards: Abbiategrasso, lanzo d'Intelvi, Robbiano, alzate B., Olgiate Comasco, Mozzate, Cantù, Meda, Mondonico, Imperia and Milano at the Galleria Ciovasso. After his personal exhibitions in 1971 at the Arengario in Monza and at the Galleria Abba in Brescia, he moved to Milan where he worked uninterruptedly, going through different periods of expression and research: figurative, abstractionism, hyper-realism, trompe-d' oeil up to the current artistic expression. Oil painting on panel with coeval frame in fairly good overall condition, signed Antonio Radice on bottom left and on the back, with the stamp of Galleria d'Arte S. Camillo (RAPALLO) where it was purchased in 1975.
