19th century study model for dentists
Beautiful open work model of the lower and upper jaw, made in wax. Made in France approx. 1880. This model was used as a study model for prospective dentists, this model was also used to provide information to the patient. Beautiful details depicting the teeth in jaw, as well as nerves and blood vessels. This model is not marked.
Dimensions of display including model; display 19.5 x 19.5 cm, total height approx. 17 cm.
The display was newly made for the optimal presentation of the model. See the photos.
