Cans from the period 1930-1940-in good condition
Two special cans that were used to keep the cake fresh in pastry business.
The first is from De Bruin's banketfabriek from Amsterdam. The content was once 25 almond cookies. The tin is damaged all around (signs of wear) because they were used intensively in the transportation to and from the factory and the use in the store itself.
The second tin is from "De Onderneming, Biscuit & banketfabriek" in Amsterdam. This can also has considerable signs of wear. On some sides the paper is partially gone. This tin was used to store 1.25 kg of Cream Crackers.
A nice addition to a collection, but also a nice memory of a piece of Amsterdam's history and an eye-catcher in any place!
