A Senufo TUGUBELE figure with an excellent dark brown to blackish patina. Great expression of the face and superb carving.

This is an authentic, tribally used artifact with life-long guarantee on age and authenticity.
"TUGUBELE" are beings of a dwarfish form, worshiped by rivers and trees. These figures are used by fortune-tellers who are members of the SANDO`O Society, with great effectiveness attributed to them. The "TUGEBELE" are considered friends of humans and animals and can mediate between them.
