Gossen Ombrux light meter 1933
The Ombrux was first introduced at the fair of Leipzig in 1933. It was the first photo-electric photographic exposure meter which was built by Paul Gossen and was launched on the international market. The actual very first meter was called Photolux, but the name of this meter changed very shortly after the introduction of Ombrux. With this meter, he founded the Gossen company for light metering equipment that still exists.
