The letters on the upper and lower side of the second picture - "当百" (dang bai) are chinese.
"当百" (dang bai) means 100 Cash.
The letters on the left and right side of the second picture are Mongolian.
These letters means 宝河局(bao he ju) which is currently the Henan province mint.
