English jungle bayonet no. 5 MK I

Original English bayonet for the Lee Enfield Rifle no. 5 MK I, calibre. 303 British, also known as "the Jungle carbine". Manufactured in 1945 as a bayonet and as a combat knife. Equipped with two locking screws in the mahogany handles and oil hole. Blade has the Radcliffe manufacturer’s mark N 187. The mark on the other side of the blade is unknown to me (see photo). Blade length is 20 cm and the total length is 30 cm. With a matching metal sheath no. 5 MK II and 44 Pattern webbing frog. Uncommon and sought-after bayonet with a high collector’s value. Will be shipped by registered mail with track and trace. Buyer is fully responsible for compliance with import prohibitions and rules regarding VAT, custom duties or import charges.
