Antique pitcher made of hammered copper, bronze and brass from the early 1900, complete with lid and chain (rare). Formerly used for water transportation. The spout of the pitcher is in the shape of a crested newt (Triturus cristatus), an amphibian so called due to the notched crest that the male bears on the back.
Pitcher complete and in good overall condition.
