NWA 11228 was classified by Carl Agee. This meteorite is a fragment breccia with pyroxene, plagioclase, and olivine grains set in fine grained groundmass. Scattered micro-gabro fragments were also observed. Purchased by Dustin Dickens, March 20, 2017, from Mohamed Maulud,
Ubiquitous, fine grained, accessory Fe-metal and sulfite are present. Minor amount of shock melt was observed in the micro probe section, All pyroxene grains probed were pigeonite, no augite was detected.
