Unidentified statues, fair condition, two polychrome and a monochrome one, the latter bearing a symbol at the base.

The present lot consists of an icon and three statues in the round, two of them in polychromy.

The icon with the Saints Juliet and Quirico, blessed by the Pantocrator, belongs to the Russian icons of the 19th century. It was built on a Tablet without sponki and painted with egg tempera technique and use of gold leaf. Dimensions cm 17.6-17.8x14.9-15.3 x 2.8
The three statuettes in the round have unspecified origin from Eastern Europe and show different workmanship and quality.
The largest statue shows a fine quality carving, a plaster preparation and a still visible polychromy, likely dating back to the late 19th, early 20th century.
Dimensions in cm: 37.0 x 10.3 x 5.3
The smaller statuettes, both from the 20th century, are definitely less refined as for quality and workmanship.
The seated figure is monochrome and features the symbol of a stylized bird at the base.
Dimensions in cm: 21.0 x 8.0 x 8.4 .
The third all-round statuette depicts a monk with scroll and crucifix. The carving is primitive even though the sculpture is expressive and complete in details. Dimensions in cm: 20.5 x 6.0 x 5.6
An Expertise for the icon and cards regarding the statuettes are included.
The photos are an integral part of the description.

    Zakelijke afwikkeling was prima.
    Heb twijfels over echtheid iconen.
