This beautiful large Ham Pilu doll from the Kirdi Fali is made of wood covered with beads in different colours. Finished with leather amulets and cowrie shells. These dolls were made by young Fali men and given to their fiancee who would wear it in a sling on her back. The doll symbolizes their intended marriage and represents their future child. The woman will take care of the ham pilu doll up to the birth of their child and then the doll will be carefully stored away. This Ham pilu doll has a very nice colour palette. With traces of wear and tear that give the whole a beautiful unique look. This is a beautiful large fertility doll with enormous radiance.
Comes with a custom made stand.
