Definitely a very special and original Saab. This genuine Saab is really full of exquisite details, and is wonderful to drive! 
First model Saab 99 from February 1970 with original Ricardo – Triumph 4 cylinder engine, 1709 cc, 59kW = 87 HP, 4-speed gearbox and freewheel working very well, chrome bumpers, beautiful interior. Completely original, booklets present and very well maintained! This Ricardo engine is the basis for the later 2 litre Saab engines. Ricardo is a very well known and reliable engine builder from England. The powerful engine ensures that this Saab can also excellently keep up with daily traffic.
Odometer reading: 14,508 km 
Colour: white, original colour. 

Things to consider: 
-Left door will only open from the inside, typical Saab ailment, easy to solve.
-Some minor rust spots and some damage to the original seat upholstery. 

And many positives: 
+ The engine is fine. 
+ As is the transmission. 
+ Brakes are overhauled.
+ Freewheel (neutral) is very useful, it makes driving this 99 so special! Smooth shifting, easy on/off next to the gearshift 
+ Interior is complete and in a particularly nice condition, see also the beautifully finished boot. Folding rear seats to accommodate large goods.
+ Original Saab roof rack of the period and special Saab 99 rubber mat set are included in the delivery.
+ A very solid car. 

Car has a Swedish de-registered registration, and is delivered with official EU export documents, so that any potential foreign owner can easily register the car. 

This vehicle can be viewed and picked up in Hengevelde, the Netherlands.
The car can be transported within the EU at a very favourable rate!
