Hanomag Henschel - F20 KBII Kampeerauto - 1973

Spacious, tax exempt camper with reused partially overhauled engine with hard valve settings for LPG. Supplemented with parts of an MGB Roadster, including a beautiful vintage chrome-plated oil filter. Shifts well. Equipped with lorry seats for more sitting comfort. The engine: the top of the engine block (Austin A70) is professionally overhauled (see invoice of ‘Motorenrevisie Blanken BV’: €551.69). The engine therefore runs like a charm. The battery is empty, so please bring one for a possible demonstration. The bottom (cylinders and connecting rod bearings) still needs attention and therefore the van is sold as defective. Heightened and lengthened model, dimensions approx. 510 L x 200 W x 230 H (including tow bar, mirrors and roof hatch) tow bar and bicycle rack extra leaf spring at the rear, for extra bearing strength. Much renewed, including headlights, grille, exterior mirrors, exhaust, clutch/clutch disc, roof hatch, brakes, tyres. electronic ignition 100 litre LPG tank! canopy and a lot of storage compartments. Within one minute, the bench and table can be converted into a double bed. Many spare parts (see photo). No Dutch Periodic Vehicle Inspection (MOT) The last time,15-10-2015, it was easily approved during the vehicle inspection and was driven very little since. Frame and chassis are good, the bottom is also good (there is only a hole behind the driver seat /fender front left). Cosmetically, there is much to beautify the vehicle. Very spacious sturdy vintage classic camper, runs on LPG/petrol, with a relatively small restoration, for lots of holiday fun and a real eye-catcher. Also great as hippy, peace & love camper and potential food truck. This vehicle can be viewed in Enter, the Netherlands.
