Junghans - Pendulum - W.274/210 - number 14 - 1930s
Stylistic JUNGHANS pendulum model/type; 274/100-14 from the 1930s, equipped with an 8-day mechanical movement. Before the Second World War, Junghans clocks were produced in 'Germany'. After the Second World War Junghans was marked as being from 'West Germany'. The striking mechanism strikes once every half hour and it strikes the number of hours every full hour. Case is made of mahogany with veneer layer. With contrasting colour changing from light to a darker hue.
Both the glass and the dial are nice and pristine with the 'Junghans' logo at the top. This Bim-Bam pendulum is nicely finished with a glass cover with brass frame in fine condition. The bottom of the clock has a grate to enhance sound.
This clock has been serviced recently and works excellently.
Measurements (HxWxD): 19 cm x 39 cm x 12 cm
