Mechanical. Works perfectly, eight-day movement with the same no. as the pendulum. The chime mechanism strikes the bell every half-hour.
Movement from Paris signed S Marti & Cie 'medaille d'argent' (superior quality, all pieces are very well made and especially the wheel teeth are very finely cut).
Winding key and original pendulum with the same number as the mechanism.
