le jour même j'ai fait un mail au vendeur qui bien entendu ne l'a pas reçu!The buyer did not contact me until 6 days after they received the diamond and insisted they make contact personally instead of through Catawiki. This was a breach of process. I explained that the diamond was in perfect condition when it left my offices and must of been ‘scratched’ as they stated in their feedback while in transit or more importantly while in their possession. They should have contact me immediately through Catawiki explaining the situation and not emailing me and calling me personally. Which raised suspicion with myself and Also Catawiki. Why did they not contact me through Catawiki immediately? They said they emailed me directly (which I did not receive) when they shouldn’t have been emailing me at all. Contact is strictly through Catawiki. This is made clear in the terms and conditions. It is regrettable that they have now left this feedback as I have never had a problem before now and I feel it’s totally unjustified. As you will see from my other feedback my customers have always been happy.
