340ci 4-barrel Matching numbers
An original Rallye, which was the top-of-the line Challenger in 1972.
American import. Doesn't have Dutch registration yet, but all import duties and taxes have been paid.
Engine is solid and strong.
Odometer is in miles, so it has done 146.000 miles instead of KM's.
The body is rock solid, just some surface rust in the trunk.
The windscreen has some small cracks in it. The chrome front bumper has a large dent on the corner (as seen in the last picture). Wheels are good, but need some TLC. Tires still look good, but they're more than 10 years old so I would recommend replacing them.
Car is complete.
Many things have already been done, like:
- New interior, including the ceiling.
- New springs
- New battery
- New headlights, complying to European norms
Comes with the following new parts:
- EZ-wiring kit
- Hood hinges
- Revision set for the rear brakes (drums)
- Upgradeset for the front brakes (discs)
- New chrome fuel cap
- New chrome side mirrors
- New rearview mirror
- New reflectors for the sides
- Trunk rubber seals
- New trunk padding
- Chrome strips for windows etc.
- Stickerset for the air filter and the side Rallye stripes
Many of these parts have not been fitted yet because the plan was to give the car a new paint job first.
Selling because I have too many other projects.
