History: the Renaissance in short.
The term Renaissance indicates the historical, artistic and cultural movement from the second half of 1400 to early 1500, and that coincides with the end of the Middle Ages and the rise of the Modern Era. Through the rediscovery and the revival of the Classical Era, there has been a complete rebirth of the European culture, that affected the figurative arts (painting, sculpture, and architecture), sciences (medicine, philosophy, and law) and the literature.
