Obverse: VMBERTO DI SAVOIA E MARIA JOSE' DEL BELGIO, + busts facing the right, of Umberto II with uniform, decorations and collar from the Santissima Annunziata and of Maria Josè with diadem and fur stole.
Reverse: FORTES CREATVR FORTIBVS ET BONIS + two standing cherubs side-by-side holding burning torches and festoon ribbons on the coats of arms of Savoy and Belgium on the sides and in the epigraph between vertical fasces with divergent blades: VIII • GENNAIO = MCMXXX = VIII • E • F + the Mint logo on the bottom left: crowned Z.
