Charming and very detailed globe with beautiful clear graphics and a lot of geo-political information

This desk-or table globe comes from Germany where it was created by the famous globe maker Adolf (Ad) Mang from Stutgart. The scientific contribution is of Prof. Dr. Stricker.
The globe has a diameter of 25 cm and stands on a beautiful wooden stand 'Bauhaus' style. Height approx. 50 cm He is totally authentic and original and in addition, in an exceptionally nice condition for its age!
Ad Mang was known to his globes provided a chart with nice contrasting, bright colours.
The graphics are very detailed and contain a lot of information about i.a. the location of raw materials and minerals, shipping routes, air, rail and telegraph connections, sea currents, etc.
Also indicated is where merchant marine ports, naval bases, airports (also for flying boats) etc. were located. In short, also from historical point of view, a special source of information from the period just after WWI.
The globe has virtually no signs of its age, which is nearly 100 years.
The compass in the wooden base works.
See also the pictures, which are an elementary complement of the description of this nice piece of antique!
The globe is sent by registered mail or can be picked up.
