On offer is this decorative and antique wool handmade Persian wool Qum rug. Measuring 205cmx135cm (6'7"x4'4") and made around the first quarter of the 20th century, it has a central vase in a tree of life design. Its beautiful Mehrab corners, as well as detailed inner and outer borders, are just eye-catching. The pale while main field, as well as shades of vibrant reds and blues, are another interesting features of this wonderful rug. It is in good overall condition with just minor local wear commiserated with its age.
This rug was exported from Iran before 2015.
