MG - MGA 1600 MKI from 1961 with 39,000 original km, always belonged to the same family since new. The car is a perfect example of preserved vehicle. However, the grille was replace with one from the MK2 model, as the latter was liked best at the time. It’s easy to find the original grille, also much cheaper than the one currently installed.
It’s very hard to find such an original 57-year-old car. The car was partially repainted in the 1970s/80s. Absolutely rust free, in very good mechanical conditions. Perfect and original interior in red leather. It’s very rare to find an original spare wheel cover like the one present in this car.
The car has a unique feature: it was commissioned and then delivered new with sliding windows, an exclusive characteristic of the MGA at the time.
During the years, power brakes and electric fan were fitted. Various maintenance works were carried out, including the replacement of rear leaf springs and the fuel pump.
Original black number plates, new convertible top, the paint isn't great considering that the car is 57 years old and is well preserved.
