2 beautiful and heavy last supper cups which were used around 1850-1930 in Protestant churches for the “Last supper” sacrament. The cups are in a beautiful condition without dents with the usual traces of wear. Top/bottom diameter is 11/9 cm and height is 16 cm. Weight 2 x 600 grams. Marked at the bottom with cast mark of "Amsing Groningen" and a rose in the middle. I would estimate the date of these cups around 1900. Will be properly packed and shipped by Post.nl or can be picked up in Groningen. Information Amsing Harm Amsing (1849- 1830) and his son Berend Amsing (wedded 1905) were tin smiths in Groningen who had their workshop in the basement of the address Brugstraat 6 B (last picture) in the first half of the previous century.
