Actual state of the item was not fully described or illustrated, which would have otherwise influenced my bidding. Item was knowingly shipped in a damaged state. Return was offered, but declined.

    Response by seller
The item was not shipped in a damaged state. Only became unglued from the back of the old glued stand. Frontal part of this piece was in its original shape - not damaged. Advised the buyer it could have easily been re-glued back on the stand. If unhappy, I advised the buyer he could return it. He declined my offer to return for a full refund. Strange that he would keep the item and offered all possibilities to satisfy, and still received a negative feedback.
