Vintage Takeharu Kiso Suzuki 1974 WT-150 Folk Guitar Japan

Takeharu Kiso Suzuki 1974 WT-150 Folk Guitar with new strings. Has some signs of use, a nice and good sounding guitar, including cover. Made in Japan. The quality of the vintage Kiso Suzuki guitars has been a more or less public secret for years in the acoustic world. Suzuki made budget copies of mainly Martins and was already known in the 1970s for making qualitatively high standing entry models. Besides these typical copies, Suzuki also produced its own designs, be it that it was actually only the headstocks that got an original design. It was typical that these were sold under a different name. With a high quality massive top (not a oven-dried little piece of wood) and that is noticeable. A very nice, useful, original sound. Loud and warm with a typical percussive accent. Just as well usable for folk and fingerpicking as for the loud, rhythmical strumming work. The Japanese tuners keep it all well tuned.
