CHAMPAGNE VASQUE BY SZEKELY
Designed by Martin Szekely, this black and gold pewter champagne vasque holds four standard bottles or two magnums. It has an embossed Dom Pérignon insignia and a complementary gold interior.
Introduced to accompany Dom Pérignon P2, this vasque has two molded bottle positioners on the inside for stability. Fill with ice and bottles of Dom Pérignon to serve in style.
Dom Pérignon Champagne Vasque by Szekely
Like much of Szekely’s work, which has appeared at New York’s MoMA, and Paris’s Galerie Kreo, this vasque is the simplest possible expression of the object. The quickest way to chill a bottle of champagne is to fill an ice bucket with half ice, half water and submerge the bottle to its neck for 20 to 30 minutes, or 40 minutes for a magnum.
