Mini Morris Cooper S MkII 1968 in good condition.

This 1986 original Mini Cooper S 1275 original was purchased in England in 1996 and has been for the past 21 years stored in a collector's garage. Hence it’s low mileage and good condition.

1275 cc engine. Double Carburettor SU-HS2. 77cv power to 6000 Rpm. Disc front brakes, drum rear ones. Hidrovac servo brake. Hidrolastic suspension. Double tank

It’s mechanical and electric part was recently restored by a specialised mechanic. The carburettors were revised, the brakes, the suspension, all fluids and oils replaced.

It’s 1275cc engine fed by two SU carburettors produces and exhaust sounds aggressively fantastic. The 4-speed manual box produces the classic Mini 'groan' that many knew and love.

Front disc brakes and rear drums were unusual for a small car in 1967, provide excellent stopping power for a car of that age.

It's painted in white with black hood. The seats, the sides and the dashboard are lined in black. The roof liner is in "Crackle".

In addition to the original front seats also includes two classic basckets in black fabric of the time Corbeau brand. The wheel is mounted on the left but includes the converter to the right (easy conversion). Has the original steering wheel and another in-season sports.

There are four original metal rims assembled with Camac BN313 145SR10 tires (100% new) with the original chrome hubcaps. Also Includes 4 magnesium rims Minilite mounted with Yokohama tires Advan A032R 165/70 R10. The 8 tires are 100% new. Includes original heating (not mounted).

The body does not have a single dent but the painting presents an irregularity on the right-hand side and a few peaks. Has no rust. Has all the original chrome and mouldings, as well as the rubbers, in perfect condition.
The optics are all perfect.

The lining of the original front seats need restoration and the roof liner has a spot at the point of collage. The only non-original parts are the patch on the left side, the rear-view mirror type "bullet" chrome, and the caps of the rear wheels, currently required by law.
