Keil belonged to the first generation of Berlin’s “Wild Youth” His early works were already marked by drastic, dynamic and garish colours, which can be considered a reflection of the early period of Western Neo-Expressionism. It was during one of his frequent visits to Joan Miró’s studio in Mallorca that Keil first became aware of the link between poetic associations and Mediterranean colours.
He now lives and works in Mallorca.

der Wagen wurde von mir im Juli ´17 bei Catawiki ersteigert, und vom Vorbesitzer von Oberösterreich nach München gefahren, dabei und bei meiner Probefahrt ließen sich alle Gänge schalten, was der Vorbesitzer durch Anruf eben bestätigte.. Da der Wagen meiner Frau nicht gefiel, wurde der PKW umgehend abgmeldet und stand seither unbenutzt in einer Tiefgarage. Ein Getriebeschaden war mir nicht bekannt und ich kann ihn mir auch nicht erklären.
