High quality Tabriz carpet
This finely knotted Tabriz is made with high-quality cork wool, and made by hand with careful and faultless work.
Tabriz carpets frequently have the additional designation Raj. One differentiates between 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 Raj. The higher the number indicated, the finer and more densely the carpet is knotted. Raj is a quality name and refers to the number of knots on a width of about 70 mm.
The Tabriz is one of the finest in its class.
Due to the tight weave the carpet is durable, practical and well suited for extreme use.
Classic elegance and opulent colour characterise this noble carpet.
Carpets made from a blend of cork wool and silk combine the advantages of both materials, and are among the finest carpets on the market.
The cork wool content gives the carpet a softness and noble shine, making it simultaneously easy to clean due to its high fat content.
The silk refines the carpet with its fine, high-quality, shiny fibre.
Imported to the EU from Iran in 2010.
