Il Brunello di Montalcino di Casale del Bosco nasce in Toscana, da vigneti situati sui dolci pendii delle colline di Montalcino.
E' realizzato con uve Sangiovese in purezza, lasciate fermentare a temperatura controllata per almeno 20 giorni. Il vino matura poi per 12 mesi in barriques di rovere francese di secondo passaggio e, successivamente, viene affinato per altri 12 mesi in grandi botti di rovere di Slavonia. A questo periodo seguono ulteriori 6 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia.

Questo vino è caratterizzato da un colore rosso rubino carico, arricchito da riflessi granati. Il suo profumo è pulito, elegante, intenso e complesso, con sentori di frutti di bosco maturi e piacevoli note di anice con una leggera punta di vaniglia. Al palato risulta caldo, con tannini presenti ma morbidi, di grande struttura. E' un vino persistente, con una notevole capacità di invecchiamento.

Ideale in abbinamento a carni rosse e arrosti, è perfetto per accompagnare selvaggina, in particolare fagiano e cinghiale, eventualmente accompagnati da funghi e tartufo. Ottimo anche con formaggi stagionati, come tome e pecorino toscano.
