Cretaceous approx. 100 million years old - Myanmar / Burma
You are bidding on selected inclusions from one of the largest collections in Germany, which consists of Amber from all over the world (Baltic, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Burma) and which I am offering for auction due to age-related reasons.
Authenticity, quality and rarity are guaranteed, partly suitable for museums, which concerns an estimated percentage of e.g. 1% of various finds.
Burmit is the Amber type with the highest number of inclusions; more species have been extracted from it than from all other deposits combined.
In this Cretaceous, when dinosaurs lived, various flora objects developed like blossoms, leaves and moss.
In a honey-coloured elongated cabochon 1.8 x 1.2 cm is a large and rare cicada (Grylloidea) 1 cm, which has captured a fungus gnat.
You are bidding on a spectacular experience or action piece from the
prehistory of the Amber forest.
5 photos of multi-layer shots (approx. 25 photos were stacked to a sharp image) document this rare duo.
