Beautiful well functioning vintage Akai AT-550 Quadrofonie tuner with decoder connection

Offered is a truly beautiful and not often offered vintage Akai tuner of the type AT-550 Quadrofonie with Quadrofonie connector for a Quadrofonie decoder. (see back of the device) This beautiful pure vintage Akai tuner originates from the 1970s and is completely restored and also technically checked, everything works as it should. There are signs of wear but you should look very closely of you want to discover them. The look of this tuner is really vintage, the transmitter scale lighting and perfectly working VU-dials have a tranquil blue colour that especially in the evening really come into its own. The iron cover cap is sanded (due to scratches) and is painted in a beautiful black hammerblow paint. The two wooden side panels were damaged (veneer was partly broken) and are sanded and painted in a nice dark brown colour and then sprayed 3 times in the clear coat so that these side panels will also last for years.
