Very rare and much sought-after candleholder lamp in orange colour metal orange, specific tulip in opalescent glass.

Most likely a creation by Marianne Brandt, appointed designer of the brand in the 1930s.

Marianne Brandt (1893-1983) is best known for her creations made in the metal workshop of the Bauhaus in which she produced about seventy works. Her work is based on the use of simple geometric forms adapted to serial production and is inspired by Cubism, De Stijl and Constructivism. Her production is essentially made up of tableware and table lamps.
