Glass design table lamp. Lovely shape resembling a compressed ball or a pebble. Made/published by the German EGLO. As far as we could assess, the lamp was made by LAM in Italy. Lamps from this series are sold through various lamp resellers, usually under their own label. For example, in the Netherlands, they are sold by ILU as part of their Vetro line. Please note: the shape of this lamp is slightly different from the more common Ilu di Vetro lamps, it has a slightly flatter shape. Some people see a space age UFO shape in it. Made in a beautiful orange colour. The opal glass is orange on the outside and white on the inside. Uses 1 E27 light bulb. The lamp is attached to a grey plastic foot which can be opened easily. Signed with the EGLO sticker label, at the bottom of the base. Including 150 cm transparent cord with a click switch on it. Measurements: Height: approx. 16 cm Diameter hood: approx. 25 cm Condition: Very good to excellent. Glass is pristine/undamaged.
