When a bid is placed in the last minute of the auction, extra bidding time is added to the clock. This is to reflect what happens in a real life auction, where those who are determined to win the lot have a chance to place the winning bid.

A real time capsule.

As such, its condition is that of a one-year-old used car - see photos.
Accident-free, rust-free body, unwelded underbody with the orig. seals.
In second ownership since 2015 (transferred over withing the family), always in Germany.

Since taking delivery 47 years ago, we are fully conversant with its history which can be proved with the papers (old vehicle registration document (Pappbrief), order, invoice etc.),
original vehicle document folder with user manual and inspection booklet, plus repair manual.

The engine starts first time and runs smoothly with no background noise.
B20 A model = 2.0 litres (no. 20534) with Stromberg carburettor.

The gears shift smoothly without ‘stopping to think’.
Borg-Warner (BW35) model, 3-speed transmission with steering wheel gear change.

All of the engineering works perfectly.

Extensive repair work (due to its age): shock absorbers, brake hoses, exhaust, tank, seals and weather strip, starter battery, etc.

Also fitted: additional radiator fan, interval wipers, summer ‘light-on’.
H-plate since 2016, Classic Analytics’ certificate more than €12,500 at the time.
Main inspection 09/2018 - will be renewed before handing over.

Every autumn before it is put into storage, it is inspected, the oil changed and filter replaced.

Unique in this condition and therefore potential to increase in value.

The vehicle can be visited/collected from 81827 Munich, a viewing with test drive before placing a bid is recommended!
