With date-seal of 1854, 2nd month.
Published by Sanoya Kihei (Kikakudo).
On Japanese washi paper, in a very good condition. Colors in very good condition. Very small thin area lower right (in the yellow). Original: no backing.

Size is 18.0x 25.0cm.
In 1844 Kunisada Utagawa (1786- 1865) took the name of his master-teacher Toyokuni (1769 1825), and since signed his work Toyokuni. To distinguish him from Toyokuni I he is referred to as Toyokuni III.
