The child next to the man with the musical instrument has a restoration to its hand and foot.
Measurements of okimono with the oar: height 22 cm,
width 10 cm,
weight 643 grams.
Measurements of okimono with bird in its right hand: height 21 cm,
width 10 cm,
weight 625 grams.
Measurements of okimono with the banjo: height 18 cm,
width 11 cm,
weight 477 grams.

It was too damage unfortunately it is not only about hand it is about back of the piece and the leg. I really think I pay the ivory. Any it was my choice regarding the hand. Now I have to fix it.
