Freizer and M. Anfon. Book II: viaggio in Australia ed Antartide. In particular, it describes the travels of Pelfart, Abel Jansen Tasman, Guillaume Dampier and Vaisseaux Francois
Book III: Viaggio senza meta. Among other things, it describes the travels of:
Gautier Schouten, Guillaume Dampiers, Gemelli Careri.
Half leather binding (hardback), gold decorations and words, spine with five ribs. Size: cm 26 x 21 x height 5 cm.
The book has 722 pages numbered with Arabic numerals.
With beautiful black and white images (some missing) of landscapes, plants, city maps, daily life, engraved by N. D. Beauvais, Charles-Nicols Cochin and Tardieu son, 3 on full page and 16 on double page.
