4-speed transmission from a 1973 DS 23 IE. So called ‘semi-automatic’ = hydraulic clutch. The transmission has been cleaned and checked thoroughly. All components of the bearings and gearwheels seem to be in perfect shape, so that there is no need for fitting any spare parts. The transmission would have to be reopened and sealed. I can do this for an additional €100. However, it would be more sensible if the DS enthusiast or professional did this himself for control before installing it. The transmission was installed in a DS 23 as a replacement for a BorgWarner transmission in 1990. After the replacement, the mileage done was approximately 30,000 km. It always worked flawlessly. The DS was taken out of circulation about 10 years ago and subsequently used for parts. Various other spare parts are available in a separate auction, the corresponding switching block, for example. A sale in parts is also possible, for example without the clutch case and / or without the drive shafts = differential outlet. This would have to be agreed accordingly.
