A very nice and large sculpture of a lady with a welcoming feel, dressed in a robe.
The work is titled 'Crépuscule' which means 'Twilight', a beautiful metaphor.
It was made with craftsmanship by Hippolyte Francois Moreau (1832-1927) and has been mounted on a wooden stand.
It is made of zamak and has a bronze appearance.

Weight: 7.2 kg.
Dated: ca. 1900.
The sculpture is signed with ‘Hip. Moreau' and carries a brass plaque with the text 'Crépuscule par Hip. Moreau'.
It has some blemishes and the foot of the Lady was once broken, this has been glued. It is in reasonable to good condition, the photos speak for themselves.
A beautiful, attractive presentation.
