Olympus Tokyo, easy-to-use microscope (220673). This E-series was produced from 1959-1974. These microscopes were used for standard laboratory work. Neatly used, slight wear to the paint,
clean, clear optics.
A binocular tubus, Olympus WF eyepieces 10X - 14 mm and a revolver with four Olympus Achromatic lenses: 4X0.10, 10X0.25, 40X0.65, 100X1.30(oil). Magnifications 28X up to 1000X
There is a cross-table, X and Y axis (with Vernier scale)
The table is manually adjustable and lockable, focusing coarse/fine with slip. Everything runs smoothly without slack.
The lighting is provided by illuminator LSE. In addition to the standard lamp there is an adapter fitting to gu4. Because of this led lights (2X) can be used. The Olympus stabilized power transformer can handle both.
The light intensity is controlled by Abbe-condenser 1.25, aperture, filter holder.
An English manual and a dust cover of another brand will be included The microscope weighs 6.25 kg, the light 7.1 kg, the transformer 2.4 kg. The microscope’s dimensions are H33, W22 and D23.
The micro pictures made with this microscope have been taken with the led light and a digital USB eyepiece (not included).
