History & Notes
One of the very rare military watches in my collection. I acquired the LOV from a Paris dealer some time ago. It was a prototype requested by the Ministre de Guerre in 1938. I believe that the strap was fitted at the time as LOV were very friendly with ZR & C (ZRC). The strap is is also very rare and, like the watch itself, shows very little sign of wear. LOV lost out to Cupillard in supplying a military watch for the French Army, no doubt on cost!
As always I urge you to examine the HD photos carefully as they form the majority of this 80 year old French military watch's description.
The LOV will be carefully wrapped (see my Feedback and bid with confidence!) and shipped via Colissimo Insured & Signed For.
