Philips TV, type 17TX210a, year of manufacture 1956-1957.
The electronics of the TV has been fully restored and is working fine.
In 1959, the TV was equipped with a UHF tuner in order to be able to receive the new channel ‘Nederland2’.
The high-gloss lacquer of the casing has crackles and some minor damage that are to be expected with a device of 60 years old.
The TV comes with all the cables and a converter (modulator), allowing it to be connected to a modern DVD player/set top box.
In regards to the risk of damage, pick up of the TV is preferred.
However, I can arrange good packaging and make the TV available for shipment, if the buyer arranges this shipment himself and at your own risk.
