Beautiful example of an antique Chechen rug. Classic decoration that shows its origin. It is considered the rarest, or at least one of the rarest, of the Caucasian rugs. The entirety of the graphic expression is seen on the sturdy and undamaged ends. Very well preserved, just the edges and the corner ends need some small restoration work.
